If I want to get things done, I get things done. But what I’ve realized is I’m not utilizing my time to its full potential every time I’m dealing with dull knives.

And here’s a trick most cook often use in order to validate the knife’s sharpness, use it to cut paper, if it’s done nicely, then it’s basically perfect. Although you can also use this other method where you use it to cut neatly peel the skin of the tomato. Either way, both works.
